Complete the following Pre-registration form and select the payment method (credit card, transfer or purchase order). Once the Pre-registration is received, we will contact you to finalize the process. It is important to consider that the pass received in your pre-registration is NOT valid as a ticket. Days prior to the event you will receive your pass with the QR code, which you must present to access.

No. We only have different rates depending on the registration date (super early bird, early bird, and regular).

The pass includes access to both days of the conference, coffee breaks, and lunches. It also grants access to the Forum and Ice Breaker Cocktail Party on October 7 at the DoubleTree Hotel, and to the Closing Cocktail Party (Social Night) on October 9 in the exhibition area.

We accept bank transfers, purchase orders, and national and international credit/debit cards.

No. Workshops and vineyard tours require separate registration and payment.

Requests must be made in writing at least 20 business days prior to the start of the conference by sending an email to inscripciones@latinrocks.cl.

  • Cancellations are subject to a 30% administrative fee.
  • If the cancellation is made within 20 business days prior to the event, there will be no refund.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute by notifying us in writing up to 48 hours before the start of the conference.

Participation, registration, or sponsorship in Latin Rocks 2025 does not grant automatic or preferential rights to participate in other events organized by Latin Rocks, such as Wines & Mines 2026.
